We’re hiring two experienced MEP Commercial Managers to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor within their specialist MEP division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company known for delivering complex, high-value commercial projects and for driving innovation within the built environment.

The Role:
You’ll be joining the team at the preconstruction stage, supporting major commercial developments valued up to £20m. Based at the client’s Central London head office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring robust commercial management throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and challenge supply chain pricing
Develop accurate cost forecasts and commercial reports
Collaborate closely with preconstruction and delivery teamsWhy Apply?
