Steel Erector

We are currently seeking a skilled Steel Erector to join a reputable construction company based in Salford, Manchester. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of structural steel components, including beams and cross bracing, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of large-scale projects, maintaining the highest levels of quality throughout each phase. Proven experience as a Steel Erector, specifically within structural steel assembly

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately

Experience working with beams, cross bracing, and other steel components

Practical knowledge of welding (desirable but not essential)

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites

Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude

Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights
