First People Solutions are working with a long-established civil engineering contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across Scotland. Due to continued growth and recent project wins, they are looking to recruit a Site Manager for upcoming works in the Glasgow area.

This is a great opportunity to join a respected business that delivers a wide range of projects including roads, drainage, utilities, and groundworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring work is delivered on time and to spec

Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and material deliveries

Implement and maintain health & safety procedures

Liaise with clients, engineers, and senior management

Ensure site documentation and reporting is kept up to date

What we're looking for:

✅ Proven experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering
✅ SMSTS, CSCS (black or gold), and First Aid
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors
