A leading Midlands based construction company is seeking a Site Manager for a new project focused on fire door replacements across Commercial and Residential projects in the Midlands.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on a long-term framework programme, delivering high-quality refurbishments and fire safety upgrades.

Responsibilities:

* Manage all on-site activities and ensure timely project delivery

* Oversee Health & Safety procedures and compliance

* Maintain clear and accurate site documentation

* Act as the primary site lead with support from a visiting Contracts Manager

* Resolve issues promptly and professionally in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

* Demonstrable experience in residential/commercial refurbishment

* Strong knowledge of fire protection standards and practices

* Valid certifications: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid

* Proven track record in a Site Manager role with a reputable contractor

* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
