Site Manager – Traditional Build Homes | Near Wadebridge

Salary Circa £60,000 – £62,000 + Car Allowance

Start: September/October 2025

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in traditional build homes? Do you come from a PLC housing developer and want to be part of a quality-driven project near Wadebridge?

We are working with a well-established developer looking for a Site Manager to oversee a new site launching in September/October 2025. The project will consist of high-quality, traditionally built homes in a desirable North Cornwall location.

The Role:
As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for:
·Day-to-day site operations, ensuring the build programme stays on track
·Managing trades, subcontractors, and site teams
·Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
·Maintaining build quality and achieving customer satisfaction
·Reporting to the Contracts Manager and liaising with technical and commercial teams

About You:
·Proven experience managing traditional build housing developments
·Background working with PLC housebuilders (Desirable)
·Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
·SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified
