Konker Group is recruiting for a Junior Architectural Technician to join a growing architectural practice based on the outskirts of North Bristol.

This position is well suited to someone starting out in their career, whether you’ve recently graduated or have up to a couple of years of industry experience.

The practice is open to applications from individuals with the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach. Due to the rural location of the office, a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

The role will involve working across both the planning and technical teams, with a focus on planning work. You’ll support the delivery of residential projects for regional and national housebuilders.

The Role: Junior Architectural Technician 

Produce planning drawing sets
Create house types, elevations, street scenes, and layouts
Use AutoCAD and Photoshop to produce design work
Contribute to both planning and technical aspects of projects The salary for this role is £25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience. An immediate start is available if applicable.
