Location: Croydon and Surrounding Areas
Salary: Starting at £38,000k (Dependent On Experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Permanent: PAYE

We are actively seeking a dedicated Fire Door Installer with a strong background in the construction industry to become a vital part of our dynamic team and support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring outstanding service.
Report directly to the Supervisor or Contracts Manager.
Carry out refurbishments, maintenance, and installation tasks with exemplary workmanship in accordance with regulations.
Maintain daily communication with the management team.
Conduct inspections and assessments of existing fire-rated doors for necessary repairs or replacements.
Ensure that all fire-rated door installations align with fire regulations, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Install and maintain fire door hardware, including locks, hinges, and closers.
Keep precise records of door installations, repairs, and inspections using designated software.
Ensure proper maintenance of all tools and equipment.
Uphold a safe and compliant work environment at all times.
Essential Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in survey administration and documentation.
Extensive technical knowledge in fire door installation.
Certification/References in fire door installation is required.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Keen attention to detail.
Thorough understanding of fire safety regulations and processes (MBTrada preferred).
