They’re currently on the lookout for a detail-oriented and motivated Architectural Technician to become part of their approachable, hands-on team. This is a brilliant chance to join a practice that values craft, clarity, and collaboration—while getting involved in a variety of dynamic and design-conscious projects.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role: 

Prepare comprehensive technical drawings and full construction packages across several RIBA stages.

Use Revit and AutoCAD to deliver clear, coordinated, and precise documentation.

Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Assist in preparing planning and building control applications with well-organised, accurate outputs.

Attend site visits and project meetings, helping to solve technical issues as they arise.

Ensure that the original design vision is maintained throughout construction.

Support the team with spec development, research, and technical documentation.

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role: 

A recognised qualification in Architectural Technology or an equivalent discipline.

Experience working on hospitality, residential, or commercial projects is a bonus.

Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD—this is essential.

Thorough knowledge of UK building regulations and strong technical detailing skills.

Methodical, accurate, and confident when tackling complex technical tasks.

Able to manage time well and work across multiple projects simultaneously.

Friendly, communicative, and enthusiastic about working as part of a team.
