Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering
I'm recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established civil engineering contractor with long-term frameworks and major infrastructure schemes secured across the UK. This is a permanent role with strong career progression and a great package on offer.

You'll support project delivery teams across a portfolio of civil engineering schemes ranging in value from £200k to £10m+. The role will suit someone confident in managing subcontractor packages, forecasting, and identifying commercial risks and opportunities. Strong NEC3 Option C knowledge is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage CVRs, cost and commercial plans
Subcontract procurement and commercial management
Draft and submit applications for payment
Cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow management
Support with change control, claims and final accounts
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and site teamsWhat I'm looking for:

Civil engineering background with relevant experience as a QS or SQS
Solid understanding of NEC3 Option C
Strong reporting, forecasting and cost control skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a delivery team
Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying preferredOn offer:

£70,000 – £80,000 basic salary
