Our client, a regional House Building Contractor are currently seeking a Site Manager to join their existing team. We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to start in Darlington. The project will involve managing a new build housing site starting 11/08/2025 and is expected to last for 3 weeks.
Due to the importance of the role, it is imperative that candidates have relevant new build residential experience.
Candidate Requirements:
* SMSTS
* CSCS card
* 3-day First Aid
