The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resident Liaison Manager to join the Fire Protection division at a pivotal time of growth. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring positive relationships with residents and stakeholders, particularly within occupied housing projects where fire protection works are being delivered. The successful candidate will act as the face of the business on site, supporting project teams in delivering work efficiently while maintaining high standards of communication and customer care. You will have input across recruitment and onboarding for your team and act as mentor to ensure KPIs are met across your team.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for residents throughout the lifecycle of fire protection projects.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, housing associations, and local authorities.
* Proactively manage queries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Schedule and coordinate resident appointments in collaboration with the site team.
* Keep residents fully informed of works progress, access requirements, and any disruption that may occur.
* Support the site team in identifying and resolving access issues and ensuring work areas are ready for delivery.
* Contribute to stakeholder reporting and assist in maintaining records of communication and engagement.
* Uphold the company’s reputation for professionalism, empathy, and quality in every interaction.
* Promote inclusion, respect, and safety throughout the delivery process.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a Resident Liaison Manager or Senior Resident Liaison Officer position.
* Longevity with current or recent employer.
* Ambitious individual who wants a long-term project.
* Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
* A calm, empathetic, and problem-solving approach to resolving issues.
* Ability to build trust and confidence with residents from diverse backgrounds.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently while being part of a larger delivery team.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites within London and Home Counties.
