Assistant Site Manager – Traditional New Build Housing

Liverpool | £230-£260 per day | Start ASAP | 2-week holiday cover (with potential to extend!)

We're looking for a switched-on Assistant Site Manager to step in on a traditional new-build housing site in Liverpool. This is an initial 2-week holiday cover – but if you impress? There's a strong chance of ongoing work with a well-respected residential contractor who always looks after their own.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the site team on a busy traditional build housing scheme

Coordinating trades & subcontractors

Keeping quality, health & safety, and progress on point

Managing snagging, site paperwork, and daily reporting

What you'll need:

Previous experience as an ASM on new build housing sites

CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid

A proactive, reliable attitude – you'll be the steady pair of hands while the Site Manager is away

Available to start ASAP
