We are hiring for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor for a building and construction flooring company based in Barking and Dagenham. This is an entry level role which is based in the company office in Barking.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing project costs
Ensure good value for money
Assisting in cost forecasting
Monitoring project finances
Liaising with clients
Understanding the clients needs
Estimating the project costs and time-lines
Preparing tender documents
Managing risks
Contract administrationJob Requirements:

Hold a valid degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Have a positive can-do attitude.
Good analytical skills and technical proficiency in MS office suite.Benefits:
