Pay Rate: £240–£250 per day (CIS or LTD)

Van & Fuel Card: Provided after 1–2 months (performance dependent)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our growing team, working on reactive maintenance and repairs within occupied social housing properties. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work and excellent earning potential.

The successful candidate will carry out a variety of day-to-day responsive repairs across domestic properties, ensuring all works are completed to high standards, with a focus on first-time fix and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out multi-trade repairs across occupied residential properties

Diagnose and rectify faults across various trades including basic plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating, and minor electrical works

*

Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and customer care standards

*

Record job details accurately using PDA or paperwork as required

*

Liaise with tenants and office staff to complete jobs efficiently and professionally

*

Work independently and manage your own workload effectively

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Multi Trader working within social housing or local authority contracts

*

Strong skill set across at least 2–3 core trades

*

Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
