Registered Building Inspector Lincolnshire

Our client, a distinguished firm in the Builidng Control sector, is currently seeking a Registered Building Inspector to join their team in Lincolnshire. This permanent role requires a keen eye for detail and proficiency in building control, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough inspections of building projects to ensure compliance with building regulations and standards
Issuing compliance certificates and detailed inspection reports
Advising clients, contractors, and other stakeholders on best practices and regulatory requirements
Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the inspection process
Maintaining accurate records of inspections and findings
Collaborating with internal and external teams to support project delivery
Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in building control practices

Job Requirements:

Experience in building control and a thorough understanding of building regulations
Registration at a minimum of class 2D
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Relevant qualification in building control or a related field
