Our client is a fast-growing, forward-thinking real estate development consultancy that delivers complex projects across the UK, with a strong pipeline of schemes in the Living Sector including residential, student accommodation, co-living and hotels.
They’re looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to join their team in London and lead the delivery of development projects from strategy through to completion. You’ll be supported by experienced professionals who are passionate about career development and championing individual potential.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing project delivery from inception to completion
Supporting senior leadership in client engagement and strategic delivery
Overseeing budget, programme, and procurement
Contract administration (JCT), risk management, and stakeholder coordination
Attending site visits, design meetings, and reporting throughout the lifecycle
Ensuring H&S and quality compliance across all projects What we’re looking for:
Experience in a consultancy project management environment
Proven track record delivering construction or development projects
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ideally experience in the Living Sector (residential, PBSA, hotels, etc.)
A degree in a relevant discipline – Construction, PM, Surveying, or Engineering
