Job Title: Site Manager (1-Week Holiday Cover – Restaurant Fit-Out)

Rate: £250 / day

Overview:

We are currently seeking a Site Manager to provide 1-week cover on a live restaurant fit-out project in Dudley. This is a short-term position covering annual leave, overseeing ongoing internal works.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor coordination

Ensure health & safety compliance on site (Toolbox Talks, inductions, site checks)

Maintain programme and site standards during handover week

Liaise with project manager and client team where required

Monitor quality of finish and manage any on-the-spot issues

Requirements:

SMSTS (essential)

CSCS card (essential)

First Aid at Work (essential)
