Salary: £85,000 per annum (DOE)
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in commercial fit-out projects? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing construction company, taking ownership of the financial and contractual management of high-profile interior fit-out schemes in Central London.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs and contracts across multiple commercial fit-out projects. You will ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standard, supporting the Project Managers and Contracts Manager with all commercial aspects of delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and budgets for fit-out projects.
* Handle procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, including tendering and negotiation.
* Produce and manage valuations, variations, and final accounts.
* Monitor project costs to ensure profitability and mitigate financial risks.
* Liaise with project teams and clients to provide clear and accurate commercial reporting.
* Ensure compliance with contracts and industry regulations
About You
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the commercial fit-out or interiors sector.
* Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations.
* Proficient with MS Office and QS software tools.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (preferred)
