Senior Site Manager

We’re working with a leading main contractor delivering a high-rise student accommodation scheme in central Bristol.

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Site Manager to join the project team as the number two on site, supporting the Project Lead in delivering this complex, high-rise scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor coordination

*

Ensure progress is maintained in line with programme expectations

*

Uphold high standards of health & safety and site compliance

*

Support the delivery team in managing logistics, quality control, and reporting

*

Act as a key on-site leader, ensuring the smooth running of the build

Requirements:

Experience delivering high-rise student accommodation schemes

*

Track record of longevity with Tier 1 main contractors

*

Excellent understanding of construction processes, compliance, and sequencing

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid)
