We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent regional contractor, they are seeking to add an experienced Package Manager to join their construction team on a large scale residential project in Leeds

The focus of the role will be to manage the external package, encompassing key aspects from concrete framing to façade installation

The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating and supervising external works, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

With further projects already in the pipeline, this position provides stability and continued career development.

The ideal candidate will have;

Proven experience in managing external works on large-scale residential or commercial projects

Strong knowledge of concrete framing, façade systems, and external construction processes

Excellent coordination and leadership skills to oversee multiple subcontractors and suppliers

Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards effectively

Relevant construction qualifications and a solid understanding of health and safety regulations
