This leading FM company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development & Work Winning Director to drive strategic growth across its Facilities Management business unit. This pivotal role will shape the company’s business development approach, strengthen client relationships, and lead successful bid strategies to position the organisation as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Bidding: Develop and lead effective bid strategies that align with business objectives and improve win rates.
Business Growth: Build a robust pipeline of opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships.
Proposal Development: Define clear win themes and ensure high-quality proposals that enhance brand presence.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with other business units to maximise cross-selling and partnership opportunities.
Revenue Targets: Own and deliver on growth goals, including a £30–50M annual pipeline and £8–10M in new revenue.
