Project Manager – Solar Farm (40MW) 

On-site | Immediate Start | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 40MW solar farm project due to break ground imminently. This is a pivotal on-site role, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven ability to take projects from inception through to energisation.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience within the solar industry.

Demonstrable track record of managing large-scale solar farm projects from start to completion.

Strong technical knowledge and ability to coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle.

Proven ability to work closely with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver on time and on budget.

Commitment to full on-site presence (this is not a hybrid position).

Role Responsibilities:

Oversee all site activities and ensure smooth progress from mobilisation to energisation.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Report regularly to senior management and project stakeholders.

Drive the project team toward timely, efficient, and successful completion.

Start Date: Immediate – Project is ready to break ground.
