We’re currently recruiting an experienced Finishing Manager for a 2-month freelance assignment on a high-rise student accommodation project based in Bristol city centre.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee internal finishing works to ensure high-quality standards are met

*

Coordinate and manage sub-contractors on site

*

Ensure work is completed to programme and in line with health & safety regulations

*

Manage snagging and handover process

*

Liaise with project management and site teams to ensure smooth project progression

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on large residential or high-rise projects

*

Strong eye for detail and quality control

*

Ability to work independently and manage fast-paced finishing schedules

*

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
