The Role

As Site Manager, you’ll be the driving force on-site, ensuring smooth delivery and impeccable standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead site operations and manage subcontractors

* Always Ensure Health & Safety compliance

* Maintain quality control and attention to detail

* Report progress to the Contracts Manager

* Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

* Take full ownership of your project

Person Specification

We’re looking for a confident, experienced Site Manager with a passion for quality and a proven track record in high end residential refurbishments.

Essential Requirements:

* Experience delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects

* Strong Health & Safety knowledge

* Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certificates

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Meticulous attention to detail

* Highly organised with accurate record-keeping

* Professional, proactive problem-solver
