Site Manager – L&Q Framework (East London)

* Rate: Up to £300 per day (CIS)

* Locations: Poplar, Leyton, Canning Town and West Ham

* Projects: Kitchens & Bathrooms (Occupied Properties)

* Start: ASAP

We are working with a Leading Main Contractor specialising in affordable housing refurbishments project in London. Together we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee works on the L&Q Framework, delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishments across various sites in East London.

Responsibilities

* Day-to-day site management of kitchen & bathroom refurbishments in occupied homes

* Ensure all works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard

* Liaise with tenants, operatives, subcontractors, and client representatives

* Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations

* Maintain project documentation and reporting

Requirements

* Proven experience managing similar social housing projects (especially kitchens & bathrooms)

* Strong knowledge of refurbishment works in occupied properties

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to manage multiple trades and schedules efficiently

* Own vehicle and valid driving licence

* First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS card essential

* Asbestos Awareness cert beneficial
