Our well-known client delivers high-quality MEP solutions across multiple sectors, working hand-in-hand with their regional construction teams. They’re now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (MEP) to lead a major project in the Midlands.

The Role – Senior Project Manager (MEP)

As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of MEP project delivery from tender stage through to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key duties:

*

Lead the full lifecycle of MEP projects — design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.

*

Manage teams of engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety (SHE), quality, and legal requirements.

*

Oversee risk management and implement mitigation strategies.

*

Manage procurement for MEP packages and supplier agreements.

*

Drive business excellence and maintain strong customer relationships.

About You

We’re looking for a results-driven leader with:

*

Proven Project Management experience in the construction / M&E sector.

*

Experience working on sizeable MEP projects, circa £20 million +

*

Strong technical understanding of MEP systems.

*

Commercial and contractual awareness with a track record of successful delivery.

*

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build client trust.
