Site Manager – FLAT ROOFING

CJS Recruitment are looking for Site Managers for a large and expanding construction company. We are looking for somone who has strong knowlege in roofing systems such as Liquid plastics and Flat roofing. This role requires in-depth knowledge of roofing systems and building regulations related to fire safety.This role is for Day and Night work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
– Manage daily site operations, including labour, materials, subcontractors and equipement.
– Oversee roofing works including installation, inspection, repair and compliance with manufacturer specifications
– Implement and manage Health and Safety procedures, risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
– Ensure accurate documentaion is maintained including site diaries, inspection records and compliance certificates.
– Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
– Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS;
– Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry – Roofing Sectors
– Strong understanding of Liquid plastic and Flat Roofing
– Strong leadership and great communication skills to manage teams and liasing with clients, engineers, labourers.

– SMSTS / SSSTS
– CSCS
– First Aid at Work
– Asbestos awareness
– NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent
