We are working with a small but fast-growing Main Contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a £1.5 million commercial and leisure fit-out & refurbishment in Chesham.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile project from start to finish, working closely with the client and site team to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

The Role:

Manage all phases of the project from pre-start to handover

*

Oversee site operations, budgets, and timelines

*

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

*

Maintain strong client communication and ensure project KPIs are met

Requirements:

*

Proven experience delivering fit-out/refurbishment projects in the commercial or leisure sector

*

Previous work with a Main Contractor

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Able to manage budgets of £1M+
