Quantity Surveyor – Passive Fire Protection

💷 £60,000 – £75,000 per annum (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the subcontracting arm of a well-established main contractor with a turnover of over £20m. This role focuses on passive fire protection projects and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding schemes.

The Role:

Managing all commercial aspects of passive fire protection works.

*

Preparing cost estimates, contracts, and valuations.

*

Liaising with clients, site teams, and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly and profitably.

*

Monitoring budgets and ensuring work is delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, ideally with passive fire protection or related subcontractor works.

*

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

*

Based within commutable distance to Dartford.
