Contracts Manager – MAINTENANCE

CJS are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in Retail Roofing to manage and oversee large projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all contract obligations are met from pre-construction through to completion, with a sharp focus on quality, budgets, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of contracts involved

* Manage end to-end project lifecycles, ensuring all works are carried out to specification, on time, and within budget.

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, onsite staff and internal teams to align expectations and ensure seamless project delivery.

* Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.

* Handle all contractual documentation including variations, claims, extensions, and final accounts.

* Provide technical advice and solutions where required to resolve challenges on site.

* Ensure full compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

* Minimum 4 years' experience in a Contracts Manager role

* Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial/retail projects

* Excellent understanding of contracts

* Excellent communication skills

* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

* Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
