An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning SME Construction Consultancy based in Birmingham.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a multidisciplinary team of Quantity Surveyors, Employers Agents, and Project Managers.

This collaborative team of 16 professionals, ranging from Apprentice to Director level, operates in a friendly and flexible environment, where your contributions will be highly valued.

You'll take the lead on a variety of exciting schemes, with a strong focus on Residential projects, alongside work in sectors such as Education, Healthcare (Blue Light), Commercial, Regeneration, and Mixed-Use.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

A RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Strong pre & post contract experience
Employers Agent or Project Management experience is highly desirable
Residential or Education sector experience
5+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a Consultancy
Ability to lead projects from inception to completionIn Return?

£55,000 – £65,000
