Technical Customer Support – UFH Solutions – Birmingham

A fast-growing European manufacturer of premium underfloor heating systems is seeking a technically skilled individual to support their partnership with a leading global heating brand on underfloor heating and control solutions.

This is an office-based position with occasional local travel. You’ll support technical sales activity by interpreting CAD drawings, using in-house design tools to configure complete system solutions, and assisting the external sales team with accurate, compliant designs, and technical insight.

Key Requirements:

Mechanical qualifications (boiler engineering, Gas Safe, or similar)
Direct experience with underfloor heating and control systems (essential)
Ability to read and interpret CAD technical drawings
Confident using technical design software (training provided on in-house tools)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Motivated to grow within a fast-paced, forward-thinking business
