Salary: Up to £65,000 + Performance-Based Bonuses

You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of professional and project instructions, delivering first-class technical advice to a loyal client base of investors, landlords, developers, and occupiers. This is your chance to make a tangible impact in a forward-thinking, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a full range of professional and project-based building surveying services
* Undertake defect analysis, technical due diligence, and planned maintenance programmes
* Manage refurbishment, repair, and fit-out projects from feasibility through to completion
* Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and administer JCT contracts
* Lead on dilapidations, including inspections, reports, and negotiations
* Conduct measured surveys for insurance reinstatement cost assessments
* Build strong client relationships through consistent, high-quality service
* Mentor and guide junior or graduate surveyors as needed
About You
* Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
* At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in consultancy or client-side roles
* Strong technical knowledge of building pathology, contracts, and legislation
* Confident in delivering advice independently and managing client expectations
* Excellent report writing and communication skills
* Commercially minded, proactive, and committed to career progression
* Must have a full UK driving license and willing to travel nationwide (mainly between London & Manchester).
