Electrical Estimator

Solution Search Limited – M&E Contracting

Solution Recruitment are assisting a Tier 1 M&E Contractor who are in search of a Electrical Estimator, who has experience in tendering data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Management of estimating new projects from inception to submission

* Setting up estimates, tender packs and applicable trackers.

* Communicating with internal stakeholders and external Suppliers & Clients

* Inputting take offs and quotes to relevant estimate formats.

* Produce bills of quantities, schedules of work and contractors' proposal documents to support bids.

* Assist in the handing over to the operational delivery team.

* Develop strong inter-departmental relationships working closely with Contracts Managers, QS’s and Design/Engineering department.

Salary £70-75k dependent on experience plus travel paid + healthcare + package.
