Multi Trader

CJS Recruitment are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader to join a large and expanding construction company, working on a range of commercial, residential, and retail projects across Greater London, Essex, and Luton. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in door hanging, tile ceiling replacement, and concrete pouring, along with a good all-round knowledge of general building works.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and hang internal and external doors to a high standard

*

Replace and repair suspended/tile ceiling systems

*

Carry out concrete pouring and associated groundwork preparation

*

Diagnose and repair minor building defects

*

Perform other general multi-trade works as required (e.g. basic carpentry, plaster patching, small tiling jobs)

*

Follow health and safety regulations on-site at all times

*

Travel between job sites within the specified areas

Requirements:

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Own tools preferred (specialist tools may be provided)

*

CSCS card

*

Good communication skills

*

Ability to work independently or as part of a team
