About the Role:

Join our client as a Site Agent and lead the safe, efficient delivery of rail construction projects. You’ll manage site operations, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline targets while upholding our commitment to safety and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

* Maximize commercial performance by controlling costs, resources, and subcontractor performance.

* Develop and implement Project Plans, RAMS, and ITPs in line with company procedures.

* Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.

* Monitor progress against programs, identifying risks and implementing solutions.

* Ensure accurate site records, including diaries, cost reports, and defect logs.

Essential Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Agent in rail, highways, or civil engineering.

* Strong knowledge of CDM regulations, construction methods, and temporary works.

* Experience managing budgets, procurement, and subcontractors.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* CSCS Manager Card and IOSH Managing Safely/SMSTS certification.
