A leading fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to take full site responsibility for a high-quality £1 million office fit-out project located in Kent. This is a short-term contract role, expected to run for approximately 3 months, with the potential for follow-on work.

Responsibilities:

*

Oversee all on-site activities for the Cat A/B office fit-out

*

Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery

*

Monitor and enforce health and safety compliance at all times

*

Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and stakeholders

*

Maintain accurate site documentation and progress reporting

*

Ensure works are delivered to the highest quality standards

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in site management of office fit-out projects (Cat A/B essential)

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates (required)

*

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

*

Ability to work independently and drive progress on a fast-track programme

*

Previous experience delivering high-end commercial interiors
