We are proud to be working with a fast-growing construction consultancy based in London, delivering major projects across pharma, life sciences, industrial, and data centre sectors – some of the most technically complex builds in the UK & Europe.

As they continue to expand, they're looking for an experienced MEP Estimator to take a leading role in their pre-construction team.

🔧 What You'll Do:

Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates (mechanical, electrical, public health)

Lead pricing strategies on major bids (£20m-£200m+)

Collaborate with suppliers, internal teams & clients

Support value engineering, risk reviews, and tender presentations

🎯 What They're Looking For:

Proven experience as an MEP Estimator (consultancy or contractor background)

Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems

Comfortable pricing large-scale technical projects

Familiar with tools like CostX, Bluebeam, and Excel

Clear communicator with a commercial mindset
