Walker & Sloan are working with a respected regional contractor to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for projects across the South West and Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute QS who wants to work on high-profile builds, enjoy autonomy, and be rewarded for their expertise.

Managing project costs from feasibility to final account

Preparing valuations, budgets, and reports

Leading procurement and negotiating subcontractor packages

Providing clear cost advice to clients and stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

What you’ll bring:

Proven QS experience within main contracting

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple live projects
