Quantity Surveyor

CJS Recruitment are looking for a Entry- Level Quantity surveyor / Estimator who is capable of contract administrative duties also – looking for 1 year industry experience in the residential / Extensions sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submission

– Analyse project drawings, specifications and requirements

– Liasie with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotations

– Support the development of cost plans and budgets

REQUIREMENTS

– Qualification/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or Estimating

– Around 1 year relevant experience

-Familiarity with construction contracts

– Excellent communication and organisational skills
