Responsibilities:

Review project documentation and prepare cost estimates

Manage tender enquiries and subcontractor negotiations

*

Oversee procurement and cost control during delivery

*

Prepare valuations and final accounts

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in estimating or QS within construction

*

Strong analytical and communication skills

*

Proficient in ConQuest or similar software
