Location: Commutable to Preston (hybrid working available)

Remuneration: £45,000 – £60,000 + bonus tbc

The role of the Estimator – Industrial & Commercial Roofing will involve:

* Estimator position dealing with various industrial and commercial roofing projects including both pitched and flat

* Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements

* Attend sites to undertake surveys

* Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required

* Producing formal quotations to clients

* Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database

* Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors

* Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met

* Working on projects ranging in value from £1k up to £2m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Industrial & Commercial Roofing with:

* Must have experience as an Estimator in the industrial or commercial roofing market sector

* Proven track record in conducting surveys and estimates

* Must be able to demonstrate sound roofing knowledge, ideally both flat and pitched roofing

* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

* High levels of organisation, attention to detail, and drive

* Full UK driving license

* Ability to work autonomously
