My client is a super prime, high end residential contractor/ developer who is looking for a Project Manager to join the team. Based in Central London, the Project Manager will oversee 3x super prime residential projects in Central London, managing Site Managers and reporting into the Construction Director

The role
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing pre-construction and early-stage project activities, ensuring everything is in place for seamless delivery. You’ll liaise closely with designers, contractors, and clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met — and exceeded.

Key focus areas:

Coordinating design reviews and construction drawings

*

Acting as the link between studio design and on-site teams

*

Overseeing site setup, surveys, and health & safety compliance

*

Managing project schedules, budgets, and change control

*

Building strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders

*

Leading teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget

What we’re looking for:

*

Degree-qualified in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Project Management

*

5+ years’ experience within London’s residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors

*

Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts (D&B, Intermediate, Construction Management)

*

CSCS card and a solid understanding of H&S practices

*

Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Project, Microsoft Office & Outlook

*

Confident communicator with commercial awareness and leadership qualities
