Site Manager

Purpose of Role:
To oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards during the absence of the regular site manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site activities and coordinate subcontractors.

*

Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.

*

Monitor progress against the programme and report any issues.

*

Maintain site records and daily logs.

*

Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and clients as required.

*

Carry out basic quality checks on work completed.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction.

*

Knowledge of health & safety regulations.

*

Strong communication and organisational skills.

*

Valid CSCS card and SMSTS

Reporting to: Project Manager / Contracts Manager
