Location: Central London
Salary: £50,000 – £52,000 per annum

This opportunity would be ideal for a BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Coordinator with proven experience in large-scale projects and is confident using Revit and Navisworks as their primary softwares.

Competitive salary: £50,000 – £52,000 per annum

Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Duties:
Apply ISO 19650 standards across all assigned projects.
Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Responsibility Matrices, and Task Information Delivery Plans.
Set up and manage project models in Revit and Common Data Environments.
Coordinate multidisciplinary model integration, clash detection, and issue resolution.
Deliver in-house BIM training, support, and guidance to project teams including Architects and Designers.
Ensure adherence to project BIM standards and carry out quality control checks.
Requirements:
Expert user of Revit and Navisworks is essential
Experience delivering medium-to-large, complex architectural projects
Familiarity with Dynamo, BIM360 / ACC and CDE workflows.
Knowledge of model validation, QA processes, and COBie data requirements
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Architectural background or equivalent relevant qualification
