A hugely respected, family-owned regional building contractor – renowned for delivering high-quality projects across the East of England – is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team.

The initial project will have you overseeing a £20million "cut & carve" commercial transformation in Central London.
The business operate through the commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, and industrial sectors, giving you a broad portfolio to manage beyond the initial flagship scheme.

What we're looking for:

Proven track record managing refurbishment, cut & carve, and fit-out projects, ideally £10m+ in value.
Extensive experience in a Main Contracting environment, operating as PM or CM
Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Operations, Commercial, and site teams.
Strong IT and communication skills.
Ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines.Why join this company?
