The Opportunity
Due to sustained growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, our client is seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead high-profile projects from inception to completion.

You’ll be responsible for driving quality, safety, and programme performance, while leading project teams and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of projects across South Wales (Swansea to Newport)

Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards

*

Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results

*

Oversee compliance with health & safety regulations

*

Foster strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

About You

*

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the construction industry

*

Track record delivering projects up to £30m in value

*

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

*

Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

*

Background in refurbishment, new build, or heritage work is advantageous
