We’re looking for a highly organised Document Controller to join a busy construction project team right in the heart of Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with construction administration experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Control the flow of documents between project teams, contractors, and clients.

*

Update and track drawings, specifications, and related documents using document control software.

*

Provide efficient administrative support to the project management team.

*

Maintain well-structured digital and paper filing systems.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in construction administration or a similar role.

*

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

*

Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

*

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

*

Full UK driving licence is essential.

*

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
