Job Title: Site/Project Manager – Architectural Metalwork
Location: London (with travel across the South)
Salary: Circa £70,000 + Travel Expenses (train, parking, or use of pool car)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Site/Project Manager with strong architectural metalwork experience to oversee site operations on complex, high-specification projects. Based primarily in London, this is a key role requiring hands-on leadership, safety oversight, and excellent project delivery skills.

When not on site, attendance at our head office is required for planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations on site, ensuring safe and efficient delivery

Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Monitor program, quality, and cost performance

Support temporary works and lift plans (Appointed Person)

Maintain regular reporting and communication with the wider project team

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in the architectural metalwork industry

NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management

Appointed Person qualification (essential)

Temporary works experience (preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and planning abilities

Willingness to travel across sites in the South as needed
