Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager

Location: Berkshire

Salary: Circa £50,000 – £55,000 + great benefits

A leading construction and demolition organisation is seeking a dynamic HSQE Manager to drive health, safety, quality, and environmental performance within its demolition and enabling works division. This is a pivotal role in a supportive HSQE team, focused on building a positive safety culture across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

* Lead HSQE support for the demolition and contracting division, from tender to project completion.

* Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, driving continual improvement and incident reduction.

* Provide specialist advice on CDM regulations and compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

* Support operational teams, clients, and supply chain partners in achieving HSQE objectives.

What you’ll need:

* Solid experience in construction (demolition or civil engineering preferred) with strong CDM knowledge.

* NEBOSH, (NEBOSH Construction Certificate/Diploma/NVQ L6 would be desirable)

* Strong communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

* Skills such as Temporary Works, lifting operations, or asbestos removal are advantageous.
